Simple Steps to a New You:
- Write it down. Make it creative or visual, keep a journal. Let it reflect you. Now that you have it on paper, keep it where you can see it. Write only one or two goals and focus on them. You can't do everything at once.
- Create a plan. Break it down into small steps - do one step a day, a week or a month. Write the steps down in your calendar.
- Start now. Don't put it off. No one plans to fail, but many fail to plan. Track your progress.
- Share your goals with a friend or spouse. Enlist the help of professionals for any goals that you need a little extra help with. (life or business coaches, personal trainers, nutritionist, or a professional organizer)
- Recommit. Finally, allow for human nature. It's not all or nothing, if you slip up, recommit. A journey of a 1,000 steps starts with just one. It's never too late or too soon to make a difference in your life!
- Reward yourself along the way for the steps you've made.
